Engineering Manager steering 3 to 8 teams
You want to stop losing 4h/week aggregating Jira + GitHub + Confluence to know if your sprints will hold. You're ready for Pulse to do it for you — and to tell us when it's not good enough.
We're opening the Design Partner program to 5 organizations that want to steer delivery differently. You get premium 90-day onboarding, access to all live features, and grandfathered pricing for life. We get your feedback to refine the product.
Who it's for
The program is selective — we prefer 5 highly engaged pilot customers to 20 lukewarm ones.
You want to stop losing 4h/week aggregating Jira + GitHub + Confluence to know if your sprints will hold. You're ready for Pulse to do it for you — and to tell us when it's not good enough.
You already use Teams daily, Jira or Azure DevOps for PM, GitHub / GitLab for code, Confluence for process docs. You're ready to connect all four so Pulse can do its job.
You don't want one more dashboard. You want your EMs to stop taking overcommits on the chin, your LEADs to get their prep packs without effort, and your releases to ship with a ready-to-go cookbook.
What you get
No limited tier. No gated features. You get the full product — the one you help us shape.
Full setup of the 6 connectors (Jira / GitHub / Teams / Confluence / MS Graph), project configuration, LEAD and OWNER training. You're operational in 5 days, not 3 months.
All product features are active from D+7: continuous blocker detection, coaching at ticket/PR creation, daily digest, ceremony prep packs, retro actions, Confluence RAG in Teams.
Your grooming, planning, retro and daily arrive pre-loaded in the Teams meeting chat 24h ahead. SAFE / TIGHT / OVERCOMMIT verdict, tickets at risk identified, load per person. You run your ceremonies on facts.
When a planning pack warns OVERCOMMIT and the sprint closes ≥85%, Pulse posts « 🎯 Overcommit avoided » in the meeting chat. Your team sees the progress, your board sees the ROI.
At closure, Pulse cross-references closed tickets with your deployment procedure documented in Confluence, and hands you a step-by-step guide: which tickets impact which step, with which PRs, with which rollback available. Monday morning, your release is ready.
Weekly CS check-ins for the first 4 weeks, then biweekly. Shared product roadmap. Your feature requests are prioritized: what you ask, we ship in 2-4 weeks. You design the product with us.

Your Design Partner benefits
Design Partners v3 keep their benefits for life. Public pricing will come after us: never for you.
Design Partner rates are preserved for life on your contract. When we raise public pricing, you're protected.
Your feature requests are prioritized for 12 months. You decide what ships first — within the core product scope.
Your logo appears on our Design Partners page (with your consent). Co-signed case study. Your EM can speak at our webinars if the exercise interests them.
You test new features 2-4 weeks before public release. Your feedback shapes V2.
Out of respect for your time: here are the cases where we'd rather say no upfront.
If one of these fits you, we recommend waiting for our public self-serve offer (late 2026). Otherwise, the conversation starts with an email.
Write to us in 3 lines: your organization, number of teams, your stack. We reply within 48h with a 30-min slot to see if there's a fit.
Program reserved for organizations of 25 to 500 devs. We reply to every application.
